DBV Valve Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is headquartered in the High-End Digital Pump and Valve Industrial Park in Qiaoxia Town, Yongjia, Zhejiang, known as the hometown of pumps and valves in China.

We are a modern enterprise integrating manufacturing, sales, and service of intelligent control valves, including pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic control valves. The company owns a factory area of 21,000 square meters, more than 240 sets of machine tools and equipment, and over 300 employees.

DBV Valve has been awarded multiple honors such as National High-Tech Enterprise, Zhejiang Province Tax Credit A-Level Taxpaying Enterprise, Yongjia County Star Enterprise, and Dragon Enterprise.

The company’s leading products include three-eccentric all-metal hard-sealed butterfly valves of various materials, ultra-low temperature valves, high-pressure wear-resistant control valves, and customized valve products for harsh working conditions. Our product line also covers industrial pipeline ball valves and other general-purpose valves.

Product pressure ranges from 0.6MPa to 42.0MPa, with pressure classes from 150LB to 2500LB, and temperature resistance ranging from -196℃ up to 1000℃.

DBV Valve products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, including Europe, America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. The company has been approved as a qualified supplier by major international end users such as Oman National Oil Company, Iran Southern Oil Company, Thailand National Power Plant, and Russian National Oil companies.

DBV Valve products are widely used in oil & gas, long-distance pipelines, petroleum refining, chemical engineering, thermal power generation, geothermal power generation, LNG, as well as shipping and mining industries, creating greater value for customers across multiple fields.

Type:
Thousands of products across more than 60 series, including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, water control valves, high-temperature and high-pressure station valves, control valves, and more.

Size:
Product sizes range from 1/8’’ to 56’’ (DN3–DN1400). For butterfly valves, the maximum size can reach DN2000. Pressure ranges from 0.6MPa to 42.0MPa, with working temperatures from -196℃ to 800℃.

Material:
Valve body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Monel alloy, low-temperature steel, and other special steels.

Operation Modes:
Manual, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computer-programmed control.
